1. Definitions
- "Hydra Futures," "we," "us" — Astrid Bradley, trading as Hydra Futures, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42116756, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
- "Client," "you" — the individual or organization engaging Hydra Futures.
- "Services" — the Future Positioning Session, Team Workshops, Strategic Advisory engagements, and related deliverables, as described on hydra-futures.com or in a separate proposal/statement of work.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer, proposal, and engagement made by Hydra Futures, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Booking a session, signing a proposal, or otherwise engaging Hydra Futures constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. Offers & Agreements
- Proposals and quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- An engagement is formed once confirmed in writing (email is sufficient), or upon payment where full pre-payment is required (e.g., the Future Positioning Session).
4. Fees & Payment
- Future Positioning Session pricing is as published on hydra-futures.com at time of booking, in EUR, payable in advance.
- Fees for Strategic Advisory and Team Workshops are set per engagement in a separate proposal.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payment accrues statutory Dutch commercial interest (wettelijke handelsrente).
- Larger engagements (Team Workshops, Strategy → Execution Sprint, Strategic Advisory) require a 50% deposit, due 7 days before the engagement's start date. The remaining balance is invoiced per the terms of the specific proposal.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- This 48-hour policy applies to the Future Positioning Session specifically: it may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Workshops, Sprints, and Advisory retainers are not covered by this policy — they follow the cancellation terms set out in their specific proposal instead.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including business strategy, internal communications, and stakeholder input gathered through sessions or the Future Positioning Read intake. This survives the end of the engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
- Hydra Futures' methodology, frameworks (including the Systems → Identity → Direction → Execution method), tools, and general know-how remain Hydra Futures' / Astrid Bradley's intellectual property regardless of engagement.
- Client-specific deliverables (written briefs, positioning theses, tailored workshop materials) are licensed to the Client for their own internal use upon full payment. Hydra Futures may use anonymized, non-identifying learnings from engagements to improve its methodology.
8. Liability
- Hydra Futures provides strategic advisory, facilitation, and foresight services. It does not guarantee specific business outcomes; the Client is responsible for decisions made using Hydra Futures' deliverables.
- To the extent permitted under Dutch law, Hydra Futures' liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the Client for that specific engagement.
- Hydra Futures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Data Protection
Personal data collected in the course of an engagement, including via the Future Positioning Read, is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy →.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
Hydra Futures may update these terms from time to time. The version published on hydra-futures.com at the time of engagement applies.
