Founder, Hydra Futures

I founded HYDRA because I kept seeing the same problem from inside large organizations: the future was often being communicated before it had really been made sense of.

For more than a decade, I worked across executive communications, organizational change and corporate affairs, helping leaders translate strategy into something people could understand and act on. Over time, I became less interested in simply telling the story of change and more interested in the questions underneath it: Where is this organization actually going? What assumptions are shaping that direction? What is changing in the environment around us? And can people see where they fit in the future we are asking them to help build?

That curiosity led me into strategic foresight.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of foresight, organizational change and identity, and narrative strategy. I use signals, research and systems thinking to make sense of what may be changing, then translate that complexity into narratives, experiences and strategic choices that people can actually engage with.

HYDRA is built around a simple belief: people need more than a compelling vision of the future. They need a future they can understand, locate themselves within, and move toward. I call that future legibility.

HYDRA is where I apply that lens to organizations navigating change, emerging technology and questions about who they are becoming.
